He also Programed my car for OnStar and cell phone quickly and effectively. He has followed up timely. When I bought the car I left my dog restraints in my trade-in. I have bought 4 cars in the past from Carr and thought I would look there again. I was not sure exactly what car I was looking for but ended up looking at an Impala and Malibu. When we arrived on the lot Dorie met us and was very polite and friendly. She informed us about the Impala and allowed us to take a test drive. We then got back and found a Malibu Hybrid and test drove that. We really liked to Malibu and never felt pressured by Dorie to buy. Dorie was very professional, knowlegeable, comfortable to talk to and honest with us. We didn't end up buying the Malibu but if I was to go back to Carr I would ask for Dorie to help us again.
