Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - Service Center

Best service center ever for my Ram 1500 Ecodiesel I have two recalls on my 2016 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel and got several error messages the last one said that exhaust filter 100% service required see dealer I have two recalls on my 2016 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel and got several error messages the last one said that exhaust filter 100% service required see dealer? I had been trying to get service for the recalls because I was going to leave to go back home in Terrell Tx almost 1000 miles. When I got the last message I had to get it fix before I could get on the road. Chrysler called and Robbie at Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and he got on the call and asked me to bring it in and he would see if he could help me get on the road. I did and Robbie was very easy to work with and he had his diesel mechanic look at it within an hour he report to me that he could come up with the parts needed to fix the recalls and could have it ready the next day. He put me in a loner car and called me as he said he would the next day Saturday and said he had good news that my truck would be ready before that closed. This was the best and most pleasant experience that I have had with this truck. Being on the road and have these issues several other dealers did nothing to help me out but Robbie went out of his way to help me out. More

The very best work here. We had a problem with our Dodge Ram 2500 diesel truck. We had previously been to two dealerships in our local area. So I found Carolina Jeep Ram Chrysler in Lugoff and gave them a call. I spoke with Robby Hunter the service manager he made an appointment for today and told us to bring the truck in and they would get to the bottom of the problem. We had the very best mechanic I believed to be in the whole building his name was Dennis. He explained everything about our truck to us in great detail. They went above and beyond what they had to do as we did not even purchase this vehicle from them. All of our business from Hartsville South Carolina will now be done in Lugoff South Carolina with Carolina Chrysler Jeep Ram. There was no charge for anything done which was a blessing. All I can say is this is the most professional dealership that I've ever been to and I've been to a lot of them. Just want to say thank you thank you thank you to Robby Hunter Chris Brown and our wonderful mechanic Dennis. May God bless you all and we will see you again soon.
