We own a RAM 6. 7 Cummins Diesel and have had unsatisfactory experiences with service departments at several of the RAM dealers in the Carolinas. We found Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM a few years ago and have had outstanding experiences. Their service department staff embody small town values. They are trustworthy, do quality work, and are extremely fairly priced. Appointments always start on-time and they get us out quickly. They saved us a ton of money on a recent brake pad replacement and rotor resurfacing for our dually. We drive an hour to get to Camden/Lugoff, but the drive is worth the time. Still in the process of their service dept repairing an issue with rough idle and drive ability issue. Already was convinced to spend $1k on a tune up that did NOT fix the issue. I arrived on time for my service appointment and at exactly 8:00am they took my RAM back for service, 30 minutes later the service was completed. Amazing, my first visit to the dealership was great.
