He did not come off as the typical used card salesman at all. He immediately struck me as a warm-hearted, honest and hard-working person who was genuinely interested in addressing our needs. He wasn't pushy and didn't seem interested in trying to hurry up and sell us a vehicle. He took a lot of time to get to know my wife and I. He wanted to know about our family to make sure he knew exactly what we needed in a vehicle. He listened to us...really listened to us.
