He was very straight forward asking us what we were interested in, the pricing we wanted and what we needed to do to get there. This was my husband's first car purchase that was a near new car and we did not have full anticipation in buying a car but it just felt right and was such a good deal for the car. Cody was also so very friendly and professional, there was no pressure felt from anyone at the dealership. We actually drove from 2 hours away just to see this specific car at this dealership and we are so glad we did. They even clapped for my husband on purchasing his new car, talk about feeling like family! We really appreciated everyone at that dealership and will have to go back to get our future cars! More

I bought my first car in 18 years from these folks! Jonathan was awesome, not pushy at all. The whole team was great, Cody, Larry and Dave. Wasted DaY DO NOT buy or attempt to do business with this dealership! They are HORRIBLE! We arrived hoping to purchase a vehicle that had been listed in 3 plac DO NOT buy or attempt to do business with this dealership! They are HORRIBLE! We arrived hoping to purchase a vehicle that had been listed in 3 places (the dealer's website, CarGurus, and CarFax) for $13,999. I have pictures to show if they CLAIM different. Spent most of the day there; more than 5 hours to find out at the last minute that the car would have an additional $3,000 tacked on top of the $13,999 for a grand total of $16,999. The additional $3,000 was for a "Pre-Owned package" for work that was done, future car washes, and oil changes that they claim cannot be removed. My daughter will be living in another state and will not be able to have oil changes and car washes done there. And why wasn't the $16,999 price listed on the vehicle in the beginning or told to them when they first arrived. They were working the entire time off a price of $13,999 until the end. We have NEVER paid more than the listed price on a vehicle that we have purchased and never will! In addition, we were already approved by our banker for the loan; in which our banker said the car was already way overpriced at $13,999 for the year and mileage after we gave her the VIN number. We had done our homework before arriving. Sales Rep, Tyler was AWESOME! He was knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful. The clowns (upper sales management) are not honest, lie, contradict each other, etc. Please DO NOT be the SUCKER who buys from them. False advertising at it's finest! We left, of course, without the car. But, we will find a good deal on the car my daughter want from ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! More

Best service center ever for my Ram 1500 Ecodiesel I have two recalls on my 2016 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel and got several error messages the last one said that exhaust filter 100% service required see dealer I have two recalls on my 2016 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel and got several error messages the last one said that exhaust filter 100% service required see dealer? I had been trying to get service for the recalls because I was going to leave to go back home in Terrell Tx almost 1000 miles. When I got the last message I had to get it fix before I could get on the road. Chrysler called and Robbie at Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and he got on the call and asked me to bring it in and he would see if he could help me get on the road. I did and Robbie was very easy to work with and he had his diesel mechanic look at it within an hour he report to me that he could come up with the parts needed to fix the recalls and could have it ready the next day. He put me in a loner car and called me as he said he would the next day Saturday and said he had good news that my truck would be ready before that closed. This was the best and most pleasant experience that I have had with this truck. Being on the road and have these issues several other dealers did nothing to help me out but Robbie went out of his way to help me out. More
