Talmadge was very pleasant and professional in the finance office as well. 24 hours after we left the dealership, the car, a used Ford Explorer, had a ball bearing come out and we left the car at the dealership on Sunday in the service bay. I was able to call the emergency number on the service bay door and immediately made contact with the service manager on a Sunday evening. The dealership agreed to fix the repair at their cost with no charge incurred by my husband or I to fix it. The repair was promptly done and the vehicle was returned to us on that Monday evening.
