I drove by the lot one day and saw a 2005 Yukon for sale. We went to test drive it on that Saturday. I had been researching large SUV's for several months and was hoping to by one from a private individual, and not a dealer, but the price for the vehicle was about what I would have expected from a private seller, considering the miles and the options. I got a promotion ad in the mail and went in to check my #. When I got there Mr. Marty Reynolds came up and introduced himself and offered to help me. Then he started asking questions about cars I liked. #. When I got there Mr. Marty Reynolds came up and introduced himself and offered to help me. Then he started asking questions about cars I liked. I was paying on a Suzuki Grand Vitara and had a year to go. Then Marty asked if a loan oculd be gotten on a new car would I be interested. I said yes. I told him what I was looking for in a car, not knowing exactly what kind I wanted. He then showed me a Dodge Avenger, asked if I liked what I saw. From there he told me all about it, answered all the questions I had, even as I thought about them. It was amazing, the amount of knowledge he had about the car and the patience he had with me. I have never owned a Dodge and didn't know if I really wanted one. In the course of the afternoon, I picked the color I wanted, decided to try to trade the one vehicle for the other. Marty got the paperwork together for me to get signed, which he exploained each piece of paper too, so I knew what I was signing for. Then he took me to the office of Mr Bookert who did the final paperwork. He went out of his way also to get me the best deal and got everything else ready to finalize the deal. I didn't understand all of the details at first but with the signing got the info I needed to know what was going on. I would just like to state that both gentlemen were professonal and made me feel comfortable the whole tim. Marty though wss with me longer and the who time, he was smiling, very nice, just a wonderful gentleman. I have met different salesmen in my life for various things I have and have not bought. I have never met one like him that made me feel welcome. He did not make me feel like I was taking up his valuable time and he had to rush me. He did not force me into a decision but allowed me to make up my own mind based on the information he gave me to work with. He is truly a very wonderful salesman and a great asset to your company. I hope he goes a long way. I know that I will recommend him to anybody I know that needs a new vehicle, and right now I know a couple. He should be commended for the great job he did.
