Richard Nicholas met us in the showroom and was extremely helpful in answering our questions and giving us an opportunity to drive the vehicle. We appreciated his patience and the fact that he encouraged, but did not pressure us to move forward. Naturally we had no intention of buying a vehicle on our first visit, but Chris, the floor manager, worked with us on price and trade-in value until we couldn't say no. Talmadge Bookert handled the financial details promptly and efficiently and we drove home in a new Cherokee, very happy with the whole process. We had planned to visit multiple dealerships, but felt no need to do that after our experience in Lugoff. I was met by the sales manager Chris and sales associate Marty who immediately worked to turn my first new car buying experience around. They dropped what they were doing and spent the afternoon trying to help me find the car that I wanted. As picky as I was, Chris spent the next week contacting me daily to let me know what he found. And on top of that, he knew what my budget was, and worked diligently to find one that was within my budget. They had the car delivered, and I worked with Wayne to close the deal who was also very friendly and helped ensure that all the paperwork was finished properly. I would send anybody in search of good customer service and a quality product to this dealership, it was well worth the one hour drive from Columbia. The people I worked with truely made me feel like they were not only trying to make a sale, but trying to show respect and sincerity to a customer's needs. Scott Reeves was a wonderful sales man to work with and went "Above and Beyond" to get us where we needed to be and with a payment and in the vehicle we wanted to be in.
