I went to the dealership to look at 2 cars I saw on the internet. Unknown to me, the cars I wanted to see were across the street at another dealership. Zaire took me to the other dealership to see about internet. Unknown to me, the cars I wanted to see were across the street at another dealership. Zaire took me to the other dealership to see about the cars. One of the cars was sold, and I took the other for a test drive. I did not like that car, so Zaire took my back to the Chrysler dealership to look at other options. He and his sales manager went above and beyond to make sure that I left the lot satisfied and with a vehicle. Although I did not purchase a car that day, I would definitely go back there to look again, and I would recommend Zaire to others searching for a vehicle. He will do all possible to make sure you get what you're looking for!! I enjoyed working with you Zaire! More
Truely outstanding customer care and concern. Adam was the first to greet us and was nice actually had a smile on his face and was not acting mad like at other dealerships! Tal made sure to discuss all possible choices with us and his honest opinion about the cars that they were saling! To be honest the whole sales staff was very polite and courtesy to us. The all asked if we were ok or if it was anything we needed as we waited to be taking care of. I would definitely recommend going here it was worth the trip. All friendly ppl and tal was honest and sincere. He is not one to try to run game on you or just put you in any ole vehicle without giving you a run down and being honest! More
It has been three weeks since the purchase of a vehicle from their lot I am satisfied with the vehicle but at closing I realized my 20,000 thousand dollar car had no mats and at the signing and deal closin from their lot I am satisfied with the vehicle but at closing I realized my 20,000 thousand dollar car had no mats and at the signing and deal closing I asked if they would find me some mats with all sincerity. I'm not in a position to buy any at this point With financing and all my deal was up there in dollars . I thought my salesperson would find some or order some if need be I followed up with him a week later and lst week left a message for a manager to call No call to date Very disappointed in follow through. I had initially just stopped in the get an oil change. I went to the sales floor to look around and got into a conversation with Wayne. I asked about deals and rebates IF I were interested in a new Ram 1500 and all he did was explain the differences and changes. After a couple weeks of pondering whether I should or shouldnt purchase a new Ram, I decided if I got a good enough deal, I would. After finding the vehicle I wanted, I thought the price was a bit high, but then Chris ( Sales Manager ) came over and worked with me until we were both satisfied.Talmadge signed me up for the Lockjack and Ext warranty and when the vehicle arrived from Florida, the guys cleaned it up and called me in. They had me in and out in about an hour. Wayne made sure all was good with the truck as well as showing me every function and feature on the radio and steering wheel. This was by far the least pressuring, best sales experience I have had to date. Thanks Guys!! More
