I met Scott when i emailed the dealership concerning a used jeep wrangler online. I was over an hour away from the dealership so he went out of the way to assure me that he could meet my needs concerning used jeep wrangler online. Unbeknownst to me my payoff amount was $3,000 more than i thought it was! Scott and the GM worked with me and got me into a NEW wrangler that all the features and more, while still making sure that it met the criteria for my military disabilities. Scott had many opportunities to say "we just can't do this" or "you are just too upside down on your vehicle" but he was more concerned with me as a PERSON and a human being than wheeling and dealing me as i have seen in the past with other dealerships. To say that i would recommend this dealership or Scott Reeves is an understatement in itself. Scott is the only person i will go to for any vehicle hence forth...no matter where he goes. I came in to purchase a specific Chrysler 200 that I saw on the Dealers website. He called me early the next day and said it was done if I wanted the car. I asked him to get all of the paperwork ready and get me in and out quickly. When I emailed the dealership, I was very abrupt in my email, and expected nothing more than the service I had got before, if any at all. Mr.Birket was understanding about the experiences we had and kindly let us know that he would do everything he could to help us get to were we wanted to be. So, we spoke on the phone, and made plans to meet. From the moment I walked up to meet Mr.Birket till the time I left, I was treated as any other customer would have been treated, with respect, dignity, and nothing less than that. I actually felt as if I was their only customer for the day. He and his staff worked very hard to make our sale possible. Mr.Birket gave me his word he would help me any way he possibly could. Overall experience was great, the associates were nice and I was able to get a truck that I love. A few things that I wasn't fond of was the lack of speed, and the unwillingness to negotiate the price. Al and I was able to get a truck that I love. Also, I feel that the financial manager was very unprofessional by blasting the music on his computer while I tried reading over the documents he was tossing my way. At some points I was waiting on him to choose a song before receiving the next document to sign. More
