My husband and I have been looking for a specific car for months. We went to several dealerships. One dealership in Columbia had the car. On the same day at another dealership one of the car salesmen looked at us but didn't come to ask us what we were looking for or anything. Others gave us the run around about our credit. But then we went to Carolina Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Lugoff! It was a great experience from beginning to end. Cody worked with us and even after I told him my credit was not where it should be he said no problem. He let us test drive the car we wanted and had confidence the whole time that he could work with us no matter what problems I had credit wise. He was very polite and professional and made us comfortable throughout the whole experience as did the other employees there. I would recommend that anyone who is looking for a car go to Carolina Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Lugoff first, skip the other guys! We will be taking our son there in a few months when he'll be ready to buy his car. More

Called them on the phone and in a few minutes the sales manager and I had a deal with my 2012 truck as a trade. sight unseen over the phone. It took trust from both parties to do so over the phone. I drove up the next day, was greeted by sales person Colin Crawford. He did everything he could to make my time at the dealership positive. He offered no surprises, gimmicks, add on, just got me through the required paper work and to the finance person for a few minutes then back on the road home. I have been thru may dealerships in the past 35 years, only twice before has the entire experence been so easy, possitive, helpful, fair. Only wish I lived closer to be able to have my new car serviced here when needed. Thanks for making a very long day so easy. More

I had to take a break for a few days to recover from the meat grinder of car shopping. I got a call from Scott at Carolina Dodge, a preferred dealer at my bank. He simply said come on over and take a look around. I figured its a little bit outside of Columbia so why not. When I arrived Scott came out and said what were we wanting to look at. I was impressed by the rebates Dodge offered on the Journey. He then went out on the lot drove one up to us, opened everything up, and started talking about the car. I was so impressed, he answered my questions, (no matter how dumb they were) with true professionalism. After explaining everything on the car he asked if we were ready for a test drive, I said sure, a copy of my DL and a signature and we were off. They ended up not having one on the lot with the features my wife wanted so they found one and had it delivered, they even gave us a loaner SUV off the lot until it arrived. It was by far the best experience at a dealership I have had. More
After having a new wheel installed on a new 2014 Jeep GC Ltd, I notes a shimmy in the steering wheel and took it back for rebalancing of the wheel, which corrected the situation. A shop mishap to my vehicle broke the rear spoiler as the repair person backed it out of the shop, not noticing that the shop bay door had not fully opened. The service manager was very empathetic and apologetic, but more than that quickly offered complete restoration to like new, a rental vehicle and as quick repair as possible. This was very quickly fulfilled to my satisfaction and I so informed the overall manager of my satisfaction. It was difficult to accept 2 non- self induced accidents to myh new Jeep in less than 2 weeks, but you go with the flow and the disappointment is minimized. I am greatly appreciative for caring service, not only to the Jeep, but to me as a person. This Jeep is my 6th and I will recommend this agency without hesitation. The shop incidence will produce more caution in the repair person, I am sure. By the way, I was driving a 2010 Lexus RX350, which I gave to my wife because I liked the styling, power, transmission, the central console functions, trim and ride in general. The new shift of the transmission took a little getting use to but now is secong nature. This is a great vehicle. More
We sent an internet inquiry to Carolina Jeep and Cody called me shortly after....he offered to assist us with our search for a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited but wasn't pushy like the dealership across town called me shortly after....he offered to assist us with our search for a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited but wasn't pushy like the dealership across town (3 individuals sent me emails and one person called me 4 times in an hour...talk about overkill !!!). We arranged a time to meet with Cody the next evening and he was there waiting for us when we arrived. We found an in-stock Wrangler and agreed on a price in less than 5 minutes. The reason for this is because Brad Dawson, the Sales Manager did the discount that the first dealership we went to said "there is no way Carolina Jeep can double the discount we are offering you" ....... BUT HE DID!!!!! Cody gave us a complete training session on all the bells and whistles that our new Jeep had....and even taught us how to remove the doors and hardtop panels. We are ready for summer!!! Oh yeah.....the atmosphere in the dealership was relaxed and entertaining. All the guys there were very down to earth and we enjoyed the buying experience. YES, I SAID WE ENJOYED IT!!!! Thanks again to Cody and Brad.....I highly recommend anyone looking for a Jeep product to go see these guys -Mike & Deborah More
Went to look for a quality used car. Upon arrival Mr. Craig was happy, friendly, and really polite. We told him what we were looking for and he did his best to stay within our limits. When I went to their lot I was not expecting the service I received. I had just left another car dealer and was not expecting to buy, more on the hoping side sense the last car dealer I just left from was g I received. So you can say my guard was up. I was met by David Nudelman who listened to what I had to say and then offered his opinion on what I might like on his lot. He showed me a few trucks and they where what I was looking for. I was really surprised, a car dealer who actually listened and didn't try to sell me what I didn't want. He even had the truck priced at what he said it would be and I must say the deal was straight, no hidden Fees or the one's that seem to pop up right before you sign the papers. I also need to say that his boss Jermoy was a pleasure to deal with as well. This was the easiest truck buying experience I have ever had. In the Future if I decide to buy another new car I will go and see these guys again, if they are still there. More
