They put the wrong price on the paperwork and hoped that we would not notice. Even after we had to leave and come back, they could not get back to the deal that we had all originally made. POOR SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!! From reading the other reviews for this dealership, I surmise that sales go pretty well except for website come-on listings to get you into the showroom. My problem is a software issue that I was told would be available for my 2013 Town and Country mini van by end of September. Bought the car in February2013. By August 2013, the voice recognition quit working, hand frees telephone feature and UBS ports quit working. So NOTHING is hands free. IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT 2013 TOWN AND COUTRY OR DODGE CARAVAN, BEWARE of this issue. Talked with Brad at Carolina Chrysler who said there was nothing he could do (would have been helpful if he had offered me the name and number of his direct contact to Chrysler) and referred us to 1-800-chrysler. Called Chrysler...nothing they can do and referred us to dealership (RUN AROUND); can't tell me when software will be available; WOULDN'T give me number of someone in corporate office who might be able to tell me when; and it was VERY clear that customer reps are very protective of Chrysler and could care less if you are pleased or not. So I am now going on six months paying for features....features that really sold me on the T&C to begin with... that I can't use with no end in sight. Seems like Chrysler would al least tell their dealerships and services reps when the fix would be available. They must anticipate a LONG TIME for the software to come out!!! I love Cadillacs, but don't buy them anymore because of poor service after the sale. Will add Chrysler to the list. Will give Honda Oddesy a try. Might be a bit more money, but I hear they back what they sell. More
Great experience with Matt. He was very friendly, professional, and most importantly not pushy. What he did not know he would find out rather than try to pretend to know. The floor manager was a bit pushy, but after threatening to walk they gave me more for my trade-in, which I felt had been low balled at first. However, that is not a knock against our sales representative. This is the second vehicle I have bought from this dealership and would definitely go here again, even though it is an hour drive. We had our four year old with us and Josh went out his way to ensure he was included in every step. I felt no pressure they entire time we were there. They staff was not at all pushy. After searching far and wide, calling dealership after dealership and being utterly disappointed, I finally found the vehicle I was looking for. Only one problem, Its 3 hours away. -_- So What happens next? I place a phone call to the location (just for kicks and giggles) to inquire about the illusive beauty. And that's when it happens, "Hello, thank you for calling Carolina Chrysler; I'm Matt". Hi, I'm calling about the Caliber, is it still in your inventory and if so can you tell me a little about it? Keep in mind I've been searching for this vehicle for months now...vin number searches, mileage, locations of previous owners..the works. So Matt proceeds, and I follow. As he's shooting back random facts about the car, it's model style, fuel efficiency and other various assortments, I dropped the bomb shell "I live a good distance from you guys..A Bulldogs versus Game xxxxx distance". How do I solve for x? With gas prices not as economically friendly as they once were, a 3 hour drive to "check something out" is usually out of the question. Even with this in mind Matt insist that I at least test drive the car before making my decision. OK, I'll be there tomorrow, I exclaimed! But optimism is my Achilles heel... The next day I received a phone call from Matt with some disappointing news. "Someone is taking it for a test drive!" Depression quickly set in, on top of an emergency dental appointment, my weekend was a little grim. With all this in mind I was reluctant to answer the phone on the following day. It's here! It's back on the lot! And you were the first person I thought of.(quotes from the voice on the phone) It was Matt, and it seemed as if I found more than just a great car deal, I found a friend. Over the next half hour we covered the financial aspect, every word spoken was straight forward and honest. It was as easy as signing on the dotted line. Always fast, fair, and friendly, they were definitely living up to the motto. Excitement and enthusiasm sets in while I commit to making the journey. When I arrived I was quickly greeted, "how can I help you today sir?" Over joyed and anxious I begin the inspect the vehicle "Its the internet, if it seems to good then it probably is." I couldn't have been more wrong, everything was as Matt stated. The price was beyond amazing and the fuel efficiency...WOW. Matt was on his game. So here I am. A week later, a still very satisfied customer. I will definitely refer and continue to send any and all of my car related inquiry's and potential buyer's to Carolina Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram. More

I did my homework and presented him with accurate numbers, and he worked with me in an honest and straightforward manner. This 1500 is an awesome truck, and we are very glad I bought it. Together with Steve it went very smooth, and we ( my wife) loves Dave the finance guy... We also two days later purchased a 2014 Dart GT...you could not ask for a better team of individuals to work with you on vehicle purchases. Steve even took my wife and introduced her to all the service personnel so she would know where to go when and if needed. I purchased a 2007 dodge nitro and now my rear door want lock or unlock from the driver door nor will it lock or unlock with the key remote. I've only had this SUV for two weeks. His only excuse is that he is " Trying to help you out which is a LIE.... So let me help you out and not send anyone down there to buy a car from you. Thanks More
