Glen Gardiner was our sales consultant and I really felt that he was looking out for our best interest. He was extremely flexible and as a result was able to structure an irresistible deal for us. Lets just say we got a whole lot of bang for our buck. Throughout the entire process we were treated respectfully and we knew our business was valued. This was definitely not your average slick talking, snake oil selling car salesman kind of experience. We'd been looking for a particular MiniVan with a particular set of features and been unsuccessful after 2 states and several dealerships. We put out our search through USAA online and Cody called u particular set of features and been unsuccessful after 2 states and several dealerships. We put out our search through USAA online and Cody called us the next day saying he had a MiniVan with our exact specifications. We met with him that afternoon and when we got there, the van was pulled up front already washed and ready for us to test drive. Cody was great about answering questions and not using sales tricks or distractions. We did a quick test drive, confirmed that it had all the features we wanted and decided to proceed with the price negotiations. Cody knew we had another appointment to get to, so he was very fast and we agreed on a price in time for us to get to our appointment. He let us take our new van with a purchase agreement and when we came back he had paperwork caught up so it didn't take forever for us to finish since we had our 2 year old with us. Long story short, I really felt like Cody worked his hardest to make us happy instead of us working hard to not be tricked by a salesman. He is the best car salesman I've ever met and we'll definitely refer him, though I don't think we'll need a new car anytime soon since he got us such a good one! David was also very patient with our 2 year old through the paperwork, but did his best to expedite the process for us! I don't have enough good things to say about the employees at the dealership and the great price they got us on a great vehicle! More
