Vehicle purchase ease I found Carolina Chrysler utilizing my USAA car finder. I recieved a call from Cody Grantham immediatly after I had submitted my search. Although I was still searching for the right vehicle at the time, Cody was able to ease my thhoughts and invited me to the dealership. When I arrived to the dealer Cody welcomed me and start right away with helping find the vehicle with my desired options and within the price range I was looking for. Amazingly enough the first two vehicles he brought to me where exactly the two I was marveling over while during my USAA search. I appreciated that you took what I told him and he did not try to "beef" it up and give me "this is all we have"! Once my wife and I decided on one of the two vehicles he brought up, Cody helped my wife and I decide on the best way we could purchase the vehicle. He was able to give us a range of options to finance the vehicle, while still staying in our desired budget, although we decided to purchase the vehicle outright, we greatly appreciated his efforts. The sales manager (whom I believe is Mr. Nudelman), was helpful when it came to added my wife and my names on the title, giving us a little bit of advice, once I decided to just have it in my name; he advised that since I was in the military it would be wise to have her name on the title, in case something would to have to me. Mr. Nudelman also gave a great sales pitch on the warranties, but we decided that it wasn't what we wanted. Overall, it was a great experience, and stress free. I am pleased to say that I didn't feel the preasure to buy a vehicle I didn't want, which is what I got from a Toyota dealership. More

PICK-UP TRUCK WE WENT TO CAROLINA DODGE, ETC. AFTER HAVING A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT LUGOFF FORD. WE WERE VERY UPSET THE WAY LUGOFF FORD TREATED US AND WE WASTED A L WE WENT TO CAROLINA DODGE, ETC. AFTER HAVING A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT LUGOFF FORD. WE WERE VERY UPSET THE WAY LUGOFF FORD TREATED US AND WE WASTED A LOT OF TIME WITH A LOT OF FALSE PROMISES REGARDING AVAILABILITY OF THE TRUCK WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND LIES ABOUT FINANCING. AS WE WALKED IN WE WERE GREETED BY STEVE AND MADE TO FEEL COMFORTABLE RIGHT AWAY. HE INTRODUCED US TO DAVID AND WE PROCEEDED TO ADVISE THEM OF OUR TREATMENT AT LUGOFF FORD. THEY COULDN'T APOLOGIZE ENOUGH EVEN THOUGH WE TOLD THEM IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT. WE LEARNED THAT BOTH DEALERSHIPS ALONG WITH LUGOFF TOYOTA WERE ALL TOGETHER AS PART OF A GROUP OF DEALERSHIPS. THEY HELPED TO TRY ALLEVIATE THE BAD TASTE IN OUR MONTHS FROM LUGOFF FORD. ONE OF THE OWNERS WAS THERE AND STEVE & DAVE ADVISED HIM OF WHAT HAPPENED. HE WAS VISIBLY UPSET AND VOWED TO TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST THOSE RESPONSIBLE. WE HAD A VERY NICE VISIT AND THEY COULDN'T MAKE US FEEL MORE WELCOME AND COMFORTABLE. WE DEPARTED AFTER A WONDERFUL AND INFORMATIVE VISIT ON THE BEST OF TERMS. OUR COMPLIMENTS TO STEVE AND DAVE AND THE ENTIRE STAFF OF CAROLINA DODGE, ETC. When Glenn called me and said we were ready to go final he was able to provide with the financing information and payment per month prior to leaving my home for the 40 minute drive to the dealership. When I arrived he was ready, process was simple, professional and outrageously fast. While my wife and I finished up with David in Finance Glenn fueled up my new vehicle and got all of my personal items out of my old car. Although the dealer is 40 minutes from my home I will drive there anytime I need servicing or warranty work just because of the great attitudes and professionalism. Great dealership with true professionals. Glenn Gets a rating of 10 in my eyes. He even called me today to see how my ride home was and to ensure I was satisfied so far. YES I AM! Thank You! More
