Although they didn't have exactly what I needed that day Shawn told me he would keep an eye out for what I wanted. Not happy First and foremost let me say that Richard Johnson was great he was very professional and helped me with my questions and concerns. However on the other end Jeromy Birket was extremely unprofessional and I have never been so upset to leave a place where I thought was suppose to be a great experience. I thought buying a car was suppose to be fun, what I experienced with the unprofessional-ism of Jeromy made me leave this car lot with my money and a bad experience. There was a better way to handle this situation. I was told I would be taken care of and I was not. I ended up taking my business to Sumter where I purchased a new Nissan Juke. They were extremely helpful. This is why some people can not keep their business in there home towns and they shop online or other places. More
