Since I had to drive 1 1/2 hours to the dealership, I spent a lot of time making phone calls and asking questions between my first seeing the car and the actual purchase. Cody was a real professional, always taking my calls and helping me with everything I needed. The actual purchase was went smoothly. Beyond Excellent Customer Service I actually went in to the store with a 2014 Ram 1500 that I bought there a year ago because it was having eletrical issues. I had tried to get in touch with service several time to schedule a loaner so I could drop off my truck with no luck. I was not in the best of moods when I went up there. After talking to the sales manager he took great care of me and I was able to get a new truck at the same payment I had on my old truck. I couldn't believe it, and I used to sale cars so I know that what they pulled off is not the norm. Now most would say it was because I was angry but I can tell you that didn't have to go far to help me. That is above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They handle the situation with the upmost professionalism and understanding. I have bought several cars from them and the experience has always been great. More
