I purchased another Grand Cherokee. I still have my 2000 Grand Cherokee. I purchased it in 2003. She has 299875 miles and still running well. I know I got another good, reliable vehicle. Cody was nice, respectful, and helpful. I contacted him by e-mail until we met in person to test drive my vehicle. My only issue is with the finance department. I wasn't pleased with Josh at all. He didn't take the time to explain anything. All he wanted me to do was sign. I had no idea what I was signing until I took my contract to my credit union and they showed me that I signed up for almost $5000 worth of optional extra charges.I am in the process of getting those extra charges removed from my loan. GAP, extended warranty, and oil changes can be purchased elsewhere for a lot cheaper. This dealer has good pre-owned vehicles, but please know what you are signing and why you're signing. Always read fine print, which the finance department won't tell you that you have 30 days to cancel the extra optional stuff. More
