Crooks!!!! UPDATE: AFTER POSTING THIS HORRIBLE REVIEW THE GM OF THIS DEALERSHIP SENT ME A PRIVATE MESSAGE ASKING ME HOW HE COULD MAKE THIS UP TO ME......I REPLIE UPDATE: AFTER POSTING THIS HORRIBLE REVIEW THE GM OF THIS DEALERSHIP SENT ME A PRIVATE MESSAGE ASKING ME HOW HE COULD MAKE THIS UP TO ME......I REPLIED TO HIS PRIVATE MESSAGE EXPLAINING HOW HE COULD MAKE THIS RIGHT AND GAVE HIM MY CONTACT INFO TO GET DIRECTLY IN TOUCH WITH ME....A MONTH LATER HAVENT HEARD A WORD FROM HIM. ONCE AGAIN PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS AND MONEY ELSEWHERE. Purchased a truck from these people in 2012 and had it for less than a month, unhapoy with my choice in my truck I traded it in on a bigger truck that better fit my needs. The problem is I purchased the extended warranty on the first truck in the amount of $1500 and also purchased Gap insurance for $500. Well after trading up to the better truck, the dealership didn't tell me that I was able to cancel thebwarranty and get 99% of that $2000 dollars back. Here recently I learned that I was able to cancel it. Well 3 years after ourchase the value of the service contractvwent from what should have been a refund of close to $1500 was only a hair over $400.... And the refund on the Gap was a hair over $200 when it should have been closer to $500....keep in mind the buyers order showed i traded the first truck with only 3k miles on it. The warranty company does not back date cancellations on service contracts so because the dealership failed to inform me about cancelling it I lost almost $1500!!! Dealership made all that extra money off of me and I feel they should have to honor what I purchased but they are crooks in my eyes. Stay clear of these swindlers!! More
