Alicia in the Service Department ran through hoops to get my car towed and fixed the same day. Not ever being serviced before there, I was amazed at the helpfulness and kind customer service provided. Because of this amazing experience, I decided to go back to get a new car. From the moment, I drove onto the lot, I was impressed all over again. My salesman, Jerrod Beaufort, was awesome - friendly and helpful, not pushy like most salesmen. Jerrod answered my questions before, during and after the test drive. Jerrod and the sales manager went above and beyond working with me to get my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Both promised there would be no problems and would do what it took to get me in my Jeep.... They kept their word! Being a woman, I was treated "less" at other dealerships when I went to compare pricing - JTs Jeep told me they would negotiate when I brought my husband!!!! Needless to say, I bought my Jeep from Carolina Jeep in Lugoff and cannot imagine purchasing any car in the future from anyone but Carolina Jeep. There just aren't enough words to compliment Carolina Jeep to the level they deserve. LOVE my Jeep and Carolina. More

After vehicle was maintenanced and ready for pick up we assumed everything would be working. It wasn't until a week later when I noticed no fluid in windshield reservoir and after filling the pump did not work. I brought the vehicle back a couple weeks later and sure enough the windshield washer pump was bad. My salesman asked the GM if that was covered but the Dealership will have nothing to do with the vehicle once you drive it off the lot. Note: This is with an As Is warranty meaning you have none. An example of an awesome dealership is Love Chevrolet in Columbia where a 30 day/1000 mile warranty is provided on used vehicles. I'm not happy having to spend my time driving to the dealer for a problem that should have been identified from the beginning and I'm stuck with the bill. My salesman Gerrod was kind enough to offer paying the part cost but again the dealer should have covered the repair. More

No Follow Up I have dealt with Carolina Chrysler for several years and bought several cars/suvs from them.. In the past I have always felt they took good care of m I have dealt with Carolina Chrysler for several years and bought several cars/suvs from them.. In the past I have always felt they took good care of me. Unfortunately the last deal has turned into a problem. When I contacted my insurance agency to inform them of the trade, they asked me to have the deal send/fax them a copy of the bill of sale. I have since requested they send the bill of sale three times since Oct. 7, 2015 and as of today, Nov. 18, my insurance agent has not received the information they need to change the policy. It is a shame that such a small matter can turn you against the dealer. Will not deal with them in the future. More

I spent 22 years in the Army and have been all over to world. During those years we have driven Jeeps exclusively and don't even think about other brands because Jeep's have been awesome and the quality is absolutely outstanding. We have 3 Jeeps right now so it's safe to say we are a loyal Jeep family. Over the years we have visited many Jeep dealerships and had great experiences. I am now retired from the Army and we live on Lake Wateree near Lugoff and I have to say, our local dealership is by far the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Below is just one example of the extraordinary service we recently received there. My daughter came to me one Saturday afternoon and said, something is wrong - my Jeep is not acting right and the check engine light is on. Knowing the deanship was backed up due to the recent flooding with it being noon on a Saturday I picked up the phone and called the service department and got Chris Brown- not really expecting them to be able to help over the weekend. I asked if there was anyway they could at least take a quick look and see if it was safe for her to drive or if we had to get it repaired first. They told me to bring the car in right then and my daughter headed out to the dealership. She came home within an hour driving a new car that they had given her to drive and they kept her car. Within a couple days her car was fixed and has been perfect since. In my 22+ years of driving Jeeps not sure I have had a better experience. This could not have happened at a time that we needed it more. What they didn't know when I called that day was that I had been diagnosed with cancer a few days earlier and was scheduled to start chemo that following Monday. Additionally, we had just had a death in the family. I was stressed and overwhelmed and had a million things I was trying to get done that weekend before I started treatment. The last thing I needed was a car problem to deal with and to try and sort out how to get my daughter to school that Monday. They simplified my life and turned an untimely problem into a great experience. The service department folks also probably didn't realized it then, but they sold me a new car that very day. This past weekend we traded in one of our Jeeps and bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland - we pick it up today - ironically when I am done with my 2nd chemo treatment that I am undergoing right now. Robbie Hunter, Chris Brown, Alicia Martin and the entire service staff is awesome - I would not consider going anywhere else. Although this is one example of great service - every visit with them has been a pleasure - Thanks!! Car buying use to always be purely about getting the best price and nothing else mattered. Robbie and his team are so good and professional it has really changed the way I think about dealerships and car buying. That, said they are also very competitive on price and I feel that I get a better deal there than all the really large volume dealerships that I use to go to. I have now bought 2 new Jeeps from Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep in the last year. I have probably bought 20 + jeeps over the years and buying a new car has never been easier and more of a pleasure than buying from you guys!! Jason Stevens, Cody Grantham and David Nudelman were awesome and made this a great experience.
