Jeff jeep I contacted the dealership via email on a Sunday and received a call answering my question on Monday morning. I took my trade in on Tuesday to get ap I contacted the dealership via email on a Sunday and received a call answering my question on Monday morning. I took my trade in on Tuesday to get appraised and they were able to work with me after a couple trips to the finance guys. Jason Stevens was very helpful and willing to see what he could do to get us in the Jeep Sport we were looking at. We were then sent to David Nudelman to finalize the paperwork where it was made very seamless and easy. He explained everything we had questions about to make sure we understood the terms. My experience here was great! We hope to do business again in the future when we are looking for another Jeep. More

Earned My Loyalty I just moved to the area about 2 years ago. To my delight, my experience at Carolina Chrysler was as far from that as possible. People we very straight and personable. Since my wife new exactly which model/package she wanted, I had done my homework and knew what a good deal was for this vehicle. Started off as a Good Experience... but My husband and I have been in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for well over 6 months and finally found a Jeep that fit our exact requests at Caro My husband and I have been in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for well over 6 months and finally found a Jeep that fit our exact requests at Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Mind you, we live in Virginia, so the drive to SC was going to take us a majority of our day, we didn't want to drive to the dealer and not make a deal and were worried about possibly running into hidden fees or worse... running into a dealer that knew how long we had driven and took advantage of that. I immediately inquired about the Jeep and received an email from Cody Grantham regarding the Jeep. He was extremely personable and friendly and was there for any question I had. He was upfront about the fees (or lack-there-of) and ensured me that if we drove to South Carolina for the Jeep, we would not be disappointed. We made an appointment to visit the dealer on a Friday and as we were about to make the trip to SC, we received word that my husband's grandmother had passed away and were not going to be able to make it when we planned. throughout the next few days, I was emailing Cody on a somewhat hourly basis to make sure the Jeep was still there. He was never short or rude to me, but ensured me that the Jeep was still available. We ended up making the trip two days after we had planned to see the Jeep. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by the friendly staff at Carolina CDJR and Cody came out and met my husband and I in the lobby. They went and pulled the Jeep up and let us test drive it. After that, we began negotiating (Which might I add, was the EASIEST process we have ever had). We informed them what we needed to be out the door paying, and Cody, David, and Jerrod worked together to get us the deal we needed. Several days after driving my new jeep home, Jerrod sent me an email and text message making sure everything was okay with the Jeep and that I was satisfied. My interactions with Cody, Jerrod, and David were all very positive ones. I thoroughly appreciated that they were not just focused on making a deal, but earning my family's current and future business. They have found a future customer with me and my husband!!! I could not recommend this dealership ENOUGH!!!!!! UPDATE: 6/28/2016 It has now been a month since purchasing my JEEP. So far the JEEP is amazing; however, I have still not received registration for the Jeep and the dealership just sent the registration paperwork to the Virginia DMV a week ago. (SO they waited 3 weeks to send the information). IN addition, I found out that they put my license plates on my vehicle when they shouldn't have (As SC cannot transfer tags to a Virginia vehicle). They were extremely friendly during the initial purchase, and Cody has been extremely helpful in trying to get this process handled; however, I am extremely disappointed in the headache that this is causing me now. Jerrod initially told me I would not have to go to the DMV, now I am having to take a day off from work to drive all the way to Richmond DMV (About an hour and a half away) so I can clean this mess up. So if you're out of state... BEWARE. I will post updates as I receive them... More
