I was overwelmed with the friendliness of the staff. When I entered, a gentleman asked if he can help me. I asked for Mike Teague and the gentleman pointed to Mike who was with a customer. As I walked to have a seat, the gentleman offered me something to drink/water. We was very hospitable. I waited for about 10 minutes. Mike arrives, and introduced himself and shook my hand. He said I will try to take care of you today and then changed it and said I "Will" take care of you and I will do everything I possibly can because I want you leave with a car today. Then he introduces me to Victoria Charles and said she will take care of you. Victoria was very professional, articulate, positive, patient. and informative through the process. She took me on my test drive. She was so friendly and kept me at ease during the entire process. Mike returns after my test drive and tells me more information about the car. While sitting in Victoria's office, 'Mike came in, shook my hand and said CONGRATULATIONS! Victoria said " you're getting a car you're going to love!" She then introduced me to David Nudelman. David was a professional, informative, friendly, and down to earth gentleman. I left my 2011 Toyota Camry LE that I loved and drove off with my 2018 Toyota Camry SE that I love as well!
