Buyer Beware Visited to buy a 2019 white 2 door Jeep. Didnt tell them we had the window sticker and pricing with their add ons printed from their dealer web site. Visited to buy a 2019 white 2 door Jeep. Didnt tell them we had the window sticker and pricing with their add ons printed from their dealer web site. Upon arrival a Sales Manager quoted me a price approximately $3000 more and when we pointed it out to him he immediately reduced it. A 5 minute $3,000 reduction. If we were unknowledgeable we would have been on the hook. Then the add ons. $2500 for a 1 year subscription for ding removal or for lost key replacement, tinted side windows, edge guard tape, and some other nonsense. The profit margins on these $2500 in add ons are favorable for the dealership and not the consumer. "We dont see this as a value!!!" Get rid of it unless we ask for it. Dealerships are doing this to mark up similar to; Would you like fries with that? But you cant say no. Their car inventory was low and the sales manager said this car was the only two door that already had the add ons that we didnt want. So they took it off the price in another five minutes. A clear maneuvering of tricky events. We didnt trust them after all of that so we left and went to another jeep dealership and purchased a new car from them since there was no trickery and transparency on invoice to pricing. Buyer beware. More

Pushy, full of gimmicks, jerked us around We got a post card mailer and took it in. They avoided telling us exactly what we won. Rude, pushy, lied to our faces. Would NEVER recommend them! In fact, we will be going back to Sumpter where we purchased the same vehicle that Carolina showed us but for almost $4000 less! More

The very best work here. We had a problem with our Dodge Ram 2500 diesel truck. We had previously been to two dealerships in our local area. They did not even attempt to try t We had a problem with our Dodge Ram 2500 diesel truck. We had previously been to two dealerships in our local area. They did not even attempt to try to help us. So I found Carolina Jeep Ram Chrysler in Lugoff and gave them a call. I spoke with Robby Hunter the service manager he made an appointment for today and told us to bring the truck in and they would get to the bottom of the problem. We had the very best mechanic I believed to be in the whole building his name was Dennis. He explained everything about our truck to us in great detail. They went above and beyond what they had to do as we did not even purchase this vehicle from them. All of our business from Hartsville South Carolina will now be done in Lugoff South Carolina with Carolina Chrysler Jeep Ram. There was no charge for anything done which was a blessing. All I can say is this is the most professional dealership that I've ever been to and I've been to a lot of them. Just want to say thank you thank you thank you to Robby Hunter Chris Brown and our wonderful mechanic Dennis. May God bless you all and we will see you again soon. This dealership really has it together and therefore I give them five stars. If it were possible I would have given them 10. More
