We did arrive later in the day due to our drive being a 4.5-hour trip from home. While we thought we had filled out the majority of needed paperwork at home via phone with a Carmax sales rep, we ended up h 4.5-hour trip from home. We've purchased 4 cars from the Carmax on South Lindbergh in the past 3 years. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in each time. We selected 3 cars from other Carmax sites from other states and had them in the past 3 years. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in each time. This last time, a few weeks ago, we returned one of the cars for no fault of Carmax. We liked the car, but wanted a bit more technology. The return process was quick and easy with no questions asked.
