I wish I could say great, but it was not. After test driving, informed then it pulled to the left. Day of delivery, I hear nothing, when I finally contacted the dealership, the delivery had been cancelled, no one new why, this was a Saturday. Hours later I was contacted that after the alignment a sensor came for and would not show accurate fuel levels. Tuesday I contacted them again, lack of communicating to the customer, that the part was on order and should be ready the following day. I was in touch with a manger and confirmed it would be ready Friday. The lyft that was supposed to pick me up is a no show, contact manger an a 2nd lyft is dispatched. At this point I an fatigued and frustrated and just want to get the vehicle. I am FINALLY in the vehicle and as I drive on the interstate I notice the same left side drift. I finally contact them about the alignment issue, they could get me in at noon the following week. I work 8 to 5 or 10 to 9, noon is not possible for me, can't drop it off and get loner vehicle until deemed undrivable by mechanic. I would need to get an uber or a ride home, 30 miles one way. In the end I just am going to pay to have it aligned out of my pocket, not worth the run around for something that should have been taken care off initially. It was the ONE thing I let them know after test drive that needed attention. Other than alignment, I've had no issues. My brother is on his 5th vehicle from Carmax. Sadly, I can't say my experience has been as great as my brothers. More

Worst experience when it comes to communication. Talk about a dealership that shows no care to the customer, I was just another number in the lineup. The only reason I'm keeping the car is because of a service writer that knows how to do her job and communicated thoroughly. She is the only reason Carmax got my business. More
The first car that I bought had a complete engine failure after only 7 weeks, and could not be repaired. Carmax took care of the situation in a speedy and professional manner.
