Bought a new car and in less than 2 weeks it was in the service department twice, now needing a third visit. I’ve now gotten into trouble at work because I’ve been unable to do my job the days my “new” veh service department twice, now needing a third visit. I’ve now gotten into trouble at work because I’ve been unable to do my job the days my “new” vehicle was in the shop for repairs. No one pulled the jacket to stop the 10-day guarantee for both visits. I am trying to change into a different vehicle with no issues and now I’m in a loaner car until upper management approves the swap. I now am out my down payment and stuck in limbo with a loaner car that I can’t use for work - this may very well cost me my job. More
Very nice sales and business office staff. Pleasant and clean surroundings. Every one was very patient and I never felt pressured or being tricked like previous experiences with dealerships. Nice inventory, but I learned to make a decision and not wait to purchase at CarMax. I have had trouble with the car and it was towed in for service 5 days after purchase. Parts are to arrive next week for scheduled repair. Otherwise, I really like the car and would not hesitate to return again. Great way to buy a car! More
