Ordered 2015 Rubicon Hard Rock I was in the market for a new Jeep and sat down with Anthony to do an inventory search and initial pricing exercise. I had orginally intended to purchase a Willy's, but after searching and discovering price difference opted to go with the Hard Rock. We could not find the specific transmission and options in inventory anywhere around and started the build process. Anthony was very helpful and guided us through the selection process. Once the Jeep was delivered, Anthony made sure it was presented to us, as we asked and had it ready to go when we arrived. We sat with both Anthony and then John Mayberry to complete the transaction and it was honestly the smoothest car buying experience that I have had. This is our 4th vehicle purchased from Carman and the first Jeep. They are a professional sales and service organization and I highly recommend them. More

Mostly Positive I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sport soft top from Carman. I have purchased quite a few cars, new and used, over the years from various dealers thro I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sport soft top from Carman. I have purchased quite a few cars, new and used, over the years from various dealers throughout New Castle county. This is the first time my purchased vehicle did not come with a full tank of gas. the instructions for removing the soft top was not very clear in some parts. Had to go on line and watch a video. It would have been helpful if someone at the dealership would have demonstrated it to us. But all said and done, it was a positive experience. More

Very friendly dealership, purchased a truck from them about four years ago and they remembered us. There was a mix up and I didn't get my first choice it was sold but they located a year newer, less miles, same color and I must say I do believe I like it better than the first car...they also provided me a loaner until my car arrived which was greatly appreciated!!
