A hidden Gem I had to unfortunately purchase a vehicle unseen (long story) and looked online and found a vehicle that would meet our needs while on the east coast I had to unfortunately purchase a vehicle unseen (long story) and looked online and found a vehicle that would meet our needs while on the east coast for an extended period of time. I looked at all 60 pictures and it appeared to be in amazing shape. Unfortunately the pictures did not actually show the damage. Who ever takes the pictures should do it professionally as they made the vehicle look pristine. With that said the prices was still correct for the vehicle in the condition in which we bought it. Shelby rocked the contract since I had to finance it while out of state and she worked diligently with my loan company to make it happen. When I say diligently I mean like conference calls with me and the bank. Over and above for what we paid for the truck. Now Ryan over all did a good job. In his defense I should have asked a more specific question and not let it be implied. I was truly upset words were put in my mouth. 1 small mishap but he went out of his way to take my husband to the airport to drop off the rental and then my husband dropped him back off at work. I cannot begin to say how much the whole process took and not to mention went after hours and still had it done. A huge thank you to Carma!! More
