Terrible service and communication We called to go see a vehicle, the salesman promised to send a text confirming our appointment and the address. We never received the text. We showed up and the "salesman" was not very helpful and could not drive stick. We had to pull the vehicle out of the yard ourselves. We made an offer later that day and were promised a phone call if the truck was still available the next day. we called 2 days later and the vehicle was still there, but received no call. I will never do business here. More

Assured me on phone pickup was available when it wasn't! Called before driving 71 miles and 1.5 hours to confirm pickup was still available. I drove all the way out here to Duluth from Atlanta because they clearly had the best price on the vehicle I was looking for. They also got the door motor fixed for us, and bought us a tank of gas for our trouble driving out there. The sales manager is probably overworked, but the younger sales staff are also working hard. I definitely recommend this business. More
