(This is a beautiful car lot in a great area of Duluth) This dealer not only was up front about that item but ordered the piece to be delivered to me at my home so as not to delay my pickup date. Upon my arrival to pick up the vehicle, the entire staff greeted me as family and seemed excited to meet me. The car was detailed, ready to go and paperwork easily executed. Decided to make the trip to Carma Automotive Group where I was greeted by Arturo who was very professional and not pushy at all. To my surprise, the vehicle was as advertised... very clean inside and out! After agreeing on a price and not the typical 'let me see what my manager can do schtick' I found myself in a conversation with the owner 'Greg' who I found to be a very down to earth. It is very obvious that Greg has built his business on return customers and referrals... I know I am planning on going back to him when the time comes for my daughter to get her car.
