We discussed how I have been having issues with my car overheating since the time I walked out the store and the manager and her told us before we left the dealership that we need to take it to their mechanic shop because they were pretty sure that the gauge is messed up and their partner auto mechanic will fix it because Shelby said that Carma Auto Group "Totally focus on the maintenance and mechanical issues of each car and not the detail of the exterior and interior of the cars at this dealership". Lies, all Lies. Well she is 100% wrong because Carma Auto Group took the car that I bought to their mechanic and all they did was put anti freeze in the car (a quick fix) and said that should fix it so they were wrong. When I took it to the my car shop I had to get a new water pump and pay for labor that I spent an extra unnecessary $242.20 that could have went towards my car note. Shelby told me on that Monday that she would speak to her manager and see what could be done but nothing has been done and not even a follow up phone call. You have the worst customer service and you all lied to me and I will never refer you to anyone or buy from your company again. Then today when I try to speak to management to get reimbursement from my repairs because that's why Shelby asked for my repair receipt, the manager tells me that there is nothing he could do and that I should have gotten warranty which was NEVER mentioned to be at all during the process of getting this car..... So you all knew from the time I walked in that I was going to have trouble with the car from day one. I will be blasting this negative review all over the web to inform everyone not to do business with you guys because you do not care about your customers and you sell junk cars and this is just a nice version of this review. BBB is the next place where I will be sending my review. More

When we got to the financing,we wish we had known paying with a credit card cost an extra 3%! We would have gone to the bank instead, but it was Friday afternoon and the bank was closed. Worth the trip. I purchased a car this weekend and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I live in Savannah, Ga and traveling 4 hours to Duluth, Ga. was wor I purchased a car this weekend and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I live in Savannah, Ga and traveling 4 hours to Duluth, Ga. was worth it. My sales person was Shelby and she was wonderful. She gave outstanding customer service. She was professional, knowledgeable and always made herself available. This is my first time purchasing a used vehicle and she was very patient and understanding of my fears and concerns. I love my car and I recommend Carma to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Above and Beyond Sales and service I have purchased a number of cars from smaller dealers and most of the time it is a very unsettling experience. This was not the case here. This deale I have purchased a number of cars from smaller dealers and most of the time it is a very unsettling experience. This was not the case here. This dealer operates more like a larger dealership. The car I bought had a few issues I wasn't satisfied with before purchase and it had me on the fence for buying. Shelby and Derri really worked hard to address all concerns up front before I ever signed a paper. The items were all taken care of by the next day and the deal was done. I was very impressed with how it all worked out. They have a nice selection there and the stock all seems very well taken care of. Don't hesitate to give Shelby a call if you need a car. More
The best EVER!!! I was looking for a replacement older black Toyota 4Runner and found it in a Carma Automotive Group ad. From the first phone call I made to Carma rega I was looking for a replacement older black Toyota 4Runner and found it in a Carma Automotive Group ad. From the first phone call I made to Carma regarding the ad for a 2006 black Toyota 4Runner, I was the happiest person in the world. I was fortunate enough to speak with Avery Heyward, who was kind, friendly, honest and patient. And I loved that EVERY TIME I called Avery remembered my name and the vehicle I was dying to get for myself! lol So many of my friends used to say "NEVER let a salesman know when you're interested in buying one of their vehicles. I did NOT take their advice because I was so anxious and happy I found the vehicle I had been looking for, for so long. I threw caution to the wind and hung my heart on my sleeve and ya know what.. I got the 4Runner I wanted, and was treated so wonderfully not only by Avery but also Derri, Mat and the rest of their employees! I remember Avery saying to me "Miss Liz, we're going to make your Memorial Day dream come true and make sure you get the 4Runner you want. And guess what, THEY DID, AND IT GOT IT!! I hope I never have to buy another vehicle, but if I did, they would see me at their dealership's door!! More

Wasted trip Called to confirm car was still available, informed it was, drove 50 miles in Atlanta traffic.
