We have been into the dealership several times, called on the phone, I even did the chat on the site. As of this moment, still no help. I keep getting routed to the same people who are not available and don't return calls. When I do get an answer, I am told that it is in the mail, but then nothing. After 6 months, I am at the end of my rope. I have given them 24 hours to respond before I file a claim with the BBB. I get an email a few minutes ago and it is an add on cars they have I could buy. They could take the time to add my address to the sales leads, but not respond on where my title is. More

Sold Flooded Car I bought a 2013 RAV4 from Carma Automotive. I suspected that the car had Flood damage before taken possession of the car since AutoCheck checked marke I bought a 2013 RAV4 from Carma Automotive. I suspected that the car had Flood damage before taken possession of the car since AutoCheck checked marked the car as flood damage. But the Sales Manager Derri Morton convinced me that AutoCheck was wrong and the car has no Flood damage. After 1 week the car couldn’t start; it needed $2,800 worth of repairs because of several electrical issues. The Toyota Delearship also found that the car has been in a flood and will likely have future safety and other electrical problems. I also called the Auction who sold the car to the dealer, they confirmed to me that the car was sold as “Flooded car.” When I called Barri he still denied the car has not been in Flood and hung up the phone on me. I want to Warn all Future Customers not to buy cars from Carma Automotive. Other than the flooded car, they lied about the interest rate, they manipulated the sale’s numbers after we had agreed on a price. More

No pressure~ I really enjoyed the experience. I got an '05 4runner. Now, there were a couple issues, but the dealers were very helpful and repaired what was needed I really enjoyed the experience. Sold me a Junk car! Engine blew within 30 days, no one cares. DO NOT buy they will sale you a piece of junk and won't care or fix their error. They just want free money and not give you a car that's worth what you spent. You are going to wish you would have listen because now I'm stuck with a loan and a savage car and will take legal actions! More
