I have enjoyed two visits to Carlton Motorcars. My 1st visit had to do with help with an existing Mercedes lease. I was very impressed with Willie because the lease was through another dealership and I was not in the market for a different automobile. As a result of the professionalism Willie demonstrated, I sought him and Carlton Motorcars out for the purchase of my 2012 GL450. The purchase transaction with Willie was handled with complete satisfaction. On the test drive he pointed out the features of this magnificant auto; answered all my questions; and demonstrated how best to take advantage of all the auto's capabilities. I am now enjoying this auto and am comfortable with the complexity, thanks to the time and efforts Willie dedicated to me, a new long-time client. More

My husband and I were greeted by Willie Fields and I was immediately given a beautiful long stemmed rose. We looked at several GLKs and then I drove one on the test track behind the dealership. Willie was very thorough with instructions on all the features of the GLK and very patient with my many questions. I could not have asked for a better test drive experience because I was not distracted by the traffic of a very busy Laurens Road. After thinking it over for a few hours I decided this was the vehicle I wanted. I called back later that afternoon and told Willie that I wanted the GLK and could I pick it up the next morning. Before lunch the next day I was the proud owner of a Mercedes GLK. This decision was not as snap as it sounds. I had been looking at small SUVs for several months. I cannot remember how many SUVs I looked at, sat in, or test drove. My experience at Carlton was by far the best I had while looking for a new car. Willie was not a high pressure salesman and made the buying process the best I have ever had when buying a car. Mr. Carlton even came by to say hello and make sure we were being taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend Carlton Motors Cars to anyone thinking of buying a very nice vehicle. I also would not hesitate to recommend Willie Fields as a salesman anyone would love to work with. More

I had visited five dealerships in the area and when I told the salesman what I wanted in a car they were not really listening to what I wanted but what they had on the lot to sale. Mark ask how he could help me and then when I told him what I was looking for, he said you have come the right place. Mark showed me the cars that met my criteria and told me about Mercedes and exactly what size I might be interested in. I really came in to look but by the time I took a test drive I had pretty much made my decision on a sports Mercedes. Mark showed me the break down price on the new car I looked at but when I went into the show room I seen a Mercedes that I liked better and it was a used car. Mark assure me that the used car was a great deal and it had everything on it as the new one I looked at. The package on the new Mercedes cost more and I wasn't wanting to go the extra money but Mark said to me "You are buying a luxury car and the package really makes the car, It is a Mercedes" and he was right. Why buy a car and cut on the things that really makes up the car. I never really thought about that until Mark said it. You kinda had to be there to get the just of the story.Mark and another gentlemen stay late so that I could drive the car and then when I came back the next day they had pulled the car that I really liked outside (it was in the showroom) so that I could drive it and make a decision on a brand new Mercedes or the used one. I ended up with the 2012 with 7000 miles it and it looks brand new. I am really thrilled with my new car and it is beautiful and the deal I got was great too! Every person I met at the dealership was super nice and was willing to go the extra mile to make my experience great. Until I met Mark I would have never gone into a Mercedes dealership and even thought about buying a car but Mark was one of the nicest guy's I have dealt with when buying a car. I usually go on the internet and tell them what I want in a car and then if the price is right I go and drive the car and then decide on the purchase, but Mark changed that for me, you can get a price but what kind of service will you receive after you buy the car is important too. My next Mercedes will need to be a little bigger but I can drive this one for a while. My grandson told me that this car going to be his when he started driving so I guess I will have to purchase another in the future. Excellent service.Had everything done when we arrived to get the car! My husband made the deal with Jim by internet so when we arrive, they had the car and paperwork ready. It took 10 minutes to sign the paperwork and then Tom showed us the car. WE were in and out of the dealership in an hour. Amazing!! This will be the first place we go if we want to buy again. We live in Tennessee but because of the great deal they gave us, we made the 3 hour drive. It was worth it. Smooth transaction and great people!! More
