He was able to answer all of my questions and allowed me the time to think about my future purchase without being pushy, like the typical car salesman. Carlton Merecedes just gave that extra something that most dealerships do not. For example, I was greeted with a rose each time I was in the dealership. Pablo was able to get a great deal on my favorite C-250 in the lot at an unbelievable interest rate. On the day that I actual purchased the vehicle, Pablo and the Carlton Merecedes team had basically taken care of all of the paperwork. I just had to sign a few things, it literally took maybe 3 minutes to finalize everything. Since this was my first car buying experience, I brought my boyfriend with me who has bought several vehicles before, and he could not believe the unbelievable service and ease of this car buying experience. I know I will be buying all of my future cars from Pablo and the Carlton Merecedes Benz team. What a wonderful first time car buying experience it was!! More
