Was looking on the internet for a used GLK350 with some fairly specific features. Found a certified pre-owned one on Carlton's website that seemed to fit my needs and Pablo could not have been more helpfu fairly specific features. He then took excellent care of me throughout the purchase process taking time to show me all the car's features and to introduce me to their service department. Carlton also gave me what I consider to be an excellent price for my trade in. So, in total, this was one of the most pleasant and least stressful automobile purchases I've made in the fifty years I've been driving. More

I would like everyone to know that my recent purchase at Carlton Mercedes-Benz was by far the best experience I've had in purchasing a vehicle. Sean was able to get a great deal on a 2012 C-250. On the day that I actual purchased the vehicle, Sean and the Carlton Mercedes team had basically taken care of all of the paperwork. It took 10 minutes to sign the paperwork and then Sean reviewed the features of the car and I was in and out of the dealership in an hour.
