I was not in the market for a car but stopped by to look at a Mercedes Benz. There was no pressure at all during the initial visit. Once I had selected a car, I came to John and told him the numbers I was expecting regarding a lease (term and monthly payment). He and the general sales manager, William Duke, presented me with initial numbers that did not meet my terms but they never pressured me into making a purchase. I subsequently visited the dealership three more times over the span of a month. Each time John and William came closer to my terms but again I had to decline their offers and we did this amicably as business should be done. Never was there any pressure or anything other than the forthright presentation of the offer. On my final visit, we were able to come to acceptable terms and I made the purchase. Again, an exceptional, straightforward experience. I felt that I received an exceptional deal on an exceptional automobile. More

During the purchasing/negotiation phase Mr Fields helped me arrive at a monthly price that would work for me and suit my budget by speaking with the finance staff to ensure I got the best possible deal. I usually always pre-qualify and get my own financing prior to purchasing a vehicle, but in this case I went with the offer the dealership was able to work out for me with the bank. I never felt rushed or pressured. He gave me the time and attention needed to purchase my ML 350. Mr Fields made the entire process simple and easy. Along with my test drive he also reviewed the features of the vehicle with me in detail. During my time at the dealership I met Mr Carlton who presented me with two small gifts. He was very polite as well. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership and would recommend friends and family to do business here. This was my first experience buying my own car and I did not know what to expect. We stopped by the dealership just to browse for a preowned ML350. They had exactly the car I wanted there (year, model, color etc). We bought the car two days later and through all of the paperwork the Carlton team was kind and professional. Today I had to stop by the service center for a minor issue and Pablo was happy to help again. He showed me where the service center was and introduced me to the service team. I only had to wait less than 10 minutes for my question to be answered. The customer lounge in this area is great. Plenty of seating, snacks, coffee, and above all really really clean. This dealership is truly founded on customer service no matter if you are just browsing, buying, or having service. I highly recommend Pablo if you are even thinking about buying a Mercedes in the Upstate. More

After a long time spent looking and dealing with local car dealers I ran across a dealership in another state that had just what I was looking for. I called and spoke to salesman Ric Canova. He made what could have been a very uncomfortable process into an easy transaction. When I went to pick up the car, eventhough the car was used I was made to feel like I was very special in that I was given a rose and other gifts. The real treat was getting to meet the owner Mr. Carlton who is 94 years old and still comes to the office every day. Even after my transaction Mr. Canova has kept in touch to let me know that they are always there to help if I have any questions concerning my car and to keep me updated on any specials they may be having. Since i am from another state it would have been easy for them to just have forgotten about me but they continue in making this a very pleasent buying experience.
