Mr. Chapman took the time to research and review each option and then clearly described the options to me. When the vehicle was delivered Mr. Chapman again reviewed the "Special Order Build List" to ensure the vehicle was manufactured as ordered. This dealership is AWFUL. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They never fix the car correctly. They do not follow protocol. My car comes back worse then when i brought it. The employee we dealt with was very friendly and accommodating but he did not offer any amenities to us for purchasing the car. He explained just about everything concerning the car.
