I received a personal greeting immediately upon arriving to include a warm welcome, rose and a "How can I help you?". The sales rep took me on the test track, show me some vehicle options and offered me to drive. We negotiated a price and they promptly prepared the paperwork while they cleaned up & filled up the vehicle. The staff was pleasant & offered further service options after purchase, refreshments and a conversation with the owner who was on premise. I was referred to Mr. Fields through a friend who recently purchased a new Mercedes CLA. When the vehicle was delivered Mr. Chapman again reviewed the "Special Order Build List" to ensure the vehicle was manufactured as ordered. This dealership is AWFUL. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They never fix the car correctly. They do not follow protocol. My car comes back worse then when i brought it.
