Sean was a joy to work with. He is totally honest, not pushy, very knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating to our needs. While we didn't buy that day, when we came back a couple of weeks later, again, he was there to discuss our needs again. We had narrowed our search to 3 cars. Infinity was offering us a great deal on an M37, Audi was not as negotiable on the A6 or A7. We decided on the E350 for a couple of reasons, we feel we got a good deal on the price and I had previously bought a Mercedes from your dealership and felt good about returning to it. Only small downside of the sale was when we came back in the morning to finish the financial part and pick up our car, We ended up sitting around for almost 2 hours as we were waiting for the finance manager to get our paperwork together. Sean went in to push him but we were still there too long. When we got in his office it only took a few minutes. Sean told him we had another commitment and needed to get the transaction complete. The moment we exited our car Sean Deibert greeted us. He was only interested in one thing - finding out what we wanted ... not what he wanted to sell. We were very interested in the GL550, but there weren't any new ones available. We could have looked at brochures and ordered a new one, but Sean told us that he could save us a lot of money by looking on his used car lot. We could not believe it, there was a 2014 GL550 with 2,500 miles. It was one of our top colors and Sean let us take our time driving the vehicle and answered all of our questions. We told him that we wanted the vehicle if he could work a deal. My wife and I knew what we wanted to pay and the Carlton group did not play around. They brought a price that was within a few dollars of what we thought was a fair price. Within 20 minutes the paperwork was completed and the car was ours! I was able to continue with my schedule and Sean took time to explain all of the features of our "new to us" car. We are so happy and excited. Thank you Sean for a great experience! I received a personal greeting immediately upon arriving to include a warm welcome, rose and a "How can I help you?".
