Willie knew every detail of the car eye wanted and took the time to go through many aspects with us. We worked out a deal and drove our new car home in a short time. We did have to come back for a visit to the service dept. the following Monday, but knew this before we bought the car. We were greeted professionally at the counter and though that visit took longer than actually buying the car, we were pleased and got the service to the car that eye came for. This is our second Mercedes and "if" we ever decide to trade or upgrade again, we will definitely go to Carlton Motors and see Mr. Willie Fields!!!
