Had planned to buy another Lexus (which I had loved for 11 years)--But Willie Fields was my Sales Representative and after hearing what I wanted, located a 2011 Mercedes exactly what I wanted and more in my car! He found it and had my authority to bring it to Greenville and pick it up within 3 days! He was helpful in every way---explaining the operation and even putting in my telephone numbers! I highly recommend him as a sales rep when you are in the market for a car. He made purchasing a car after my unfortunate accident a pleasure!! After decades of happy BMW driving, it was time to get another car -- my 5th, lifetime. For those keeping count, that's an average of over ten years per car. A relative insisted that I look at what Carlton offered. "OK, fine. But BMW seats fit me better than Mercedes seats," I protested. It turns out that Father still knows best. He directed me to Pablo Goycochea who suggested a C300 which was zippy and small enough to park easily. The prices were right -- car, trade-in, and extended warranty. Pablo was fantastic. He was knowledgeable (answering all of my questions, double-checking when appropriate), considerate (keeping me hydrated and supplied with salty crunchies), amusing (watching him multi-task is a revelation), and charming (the slightest hint of a bow when presenting a red rose to women entering the dealership). After the sale, he made sure that my phone was properly bluetoothed to the car. Mr. Carlton is a pip and his employees seem to be genuinely interested in providing everyone a good experience. I definitely recommend Carlton Motorcars. The C300 is nice, too. If only I could figure out how to swap the driver's seat from a BMW . . . . More

The car we purchased is almost three years old, but was detailed to the point of almost showroom condition. Buying a car can be an unpleasant experience, but not so at Carlton. I suspect we'll be back the next time we are in the market for a car. More

I was in search of a reliable pre-owned vehicle and was on a very limited budget. When I found the perfect car here I was slightly apprehensive about going to a Mercedes Benz dealership, thinking they would be difficult to work with. To my surprise, it was just the opposite! The car was priced right and they were so easy to work with. I had my two little granddaughters with me and they were so nice to them and gave them snacks and drinks. I was not buying a Mercedes but it didn't matter, they treated me like I was! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. It was truly the best experience I've ever had with a car purchase. More

Awesome all around! From the time we arrived at the dealership to the time we drove out in our new Mercedes, John Armstrong was awesome! John was a true gentleman. My last new car was a BMW and I was satisfied with the product and performance. I even thought I was receiving good service from the dealership until I purchased my Mercedes from Carlton. A couple miles away from the BMW store but light years ahead in customer service.Alex Park and John Armstrong performed flawlessly. The process was simple, fast and honest. I noticed that the owner sits at a desk in the showroom, right in the middle of the sales activity and accessible to anyone and everyone at anytime. I'm completely satisfied with the car and the dealership and it will be hard to find a reason to ever go anywhere else. More

As this leased expired, again he exceeded my expectations by putting together a plan where I could purchase the lease car that I enjoyed and desired to keep. My Sales Representative called me to come in and we were able to work out all the details and complete the purchase transaction within an hour. Also, my Sales Representative assisted me in changing a tire that went flat when I hit something on the way to the dealership. Sean Deibert is truly an exceptionally outstanding Sales Representative and I look forward to doing business with him when I look to lease or purchase another Mercedes vehicle. More

As my husband and I pulled into the parking area we were greeting by Sean Deibert. He totally listened to what I wanted and I was able very quickly to test drive it. I also drove another car but bought the one I had seen on the website. Sean made the whole experience easy and efficient . When I went back the next day to pick up my car Sean had all the paperwork ready and we quickly closed this transaction. I would certainly recommend Sean Deibert and Carlton Motorcars. More
