I was looking for a luxury vehicle, either a Lexus, Mercedes, or the new Continental. I stopped by Carlton, was greeted by John Armstrong, and treated to a low pressure, professional, and yet friendly opportunity to drive the S Class. I wasn't ready to buy, but John spent a lot of time with my wife and me and made the experience memorable. I came back in late July, wanting to see the E Class, and met Brian, the Sales Manager, who explained that John was out ill. I drove the E Class and loved it but still wasn't ready. Then my lease expired and i needed a new car. I came back, after trying all the competition, and made the deal for the car I wanted with ease.
