Rude and incompetent Over the years I have bought cars from GM, Ford, Jeep, BMW, Porsche and Volvo dealers. I have never been as poorly served as I have by the sales and Over the years I have bought cars from GM, Ford, Jeep, BMW, Porsche and Volvo dealers. I have never been as poorly served as I have by the sales and support staff at Carleton.. They are rude, sloppy, careless and in all respects the opposite of good service. The only things they are good at are telling you how good they are to customers and foisting off tired old roses on you. They top that off with insistence that you give them a 10 - no less than ten or they will be punished- on the survey you subsequently receive from M-B. I would have given the the score they earned if my wife was not so concerned that we would suffer worse future treatment if they learned my identity. More

I was a previous Lexus owner and can honestly say that after my experience at Carlton, I'll never recommend another luxury dealership other than them! One may assume that a Mercedes dealership has an air of pretension... Absolutely not the case here! From the minute I walked in I felt welcome and everyone was attentive and helpful. Excellent! My Wife and I live in Athens, Ga and we saw a car that Carlton MB had just recently got into inventory. It was a 2013 ML-350 and we called Robin and d My Wife and I live in Athens, Ga and we saw a car that Carlton MB had just recently got into inventory. It was a 2013 ML-350 and we called Robin and discussed the car over the phone before we drove to Greenville to see the car. Robin, knowing we were coming from out of town to see the car took it offline and had it pulled up ready for us when we got there. The whole experience was easy and Robin was extremely helpful. I would highly suggest using Carlton if you are looking towards a Mercedes-Benz. More
