Worst Experience EVER This place is a joke, the managers are as incompetent as their employees. My wife took her car in for service and explained what is wrong with it. The This place is a joke, the managers are as incompetent as their employees. My wife took her car in for service and explained what is wrong with it. They “could not recreate the issue” in one hour, which we told them it only happens after 24 hours. It took me asking 4 times what they would do next for the service writer to say “make another appointment to drop it off.” The services writer hung up on me and yelled at her. She left crying. I contacted the GM, who apparently pawned the issue off on Scott the Customer Relations Manager and he offered no apology for the way his employee acted. They don’t care about customers after they sell a car. STAY FAR AWAY! I wish I would have read the negative reviews before purchasing from them! More
