Service was great. I went into the showroom to look at the new RAV and get some questions answered. Two salesman on the floor were near the vehicle on the showroom and t I went into the showroom to look at the new RAV and get some questions answered. Two salesman on the floor were near the vehicle on the showroom and the first one I talked to said he did not know and gave me to the other person, sitting very close by. That person did not know and went on line to get the information. I would have thought the sales staff would be more up to date to talk to customers about the basic questions More
