concerns I bought my highlander 6 years ago from Carlson. Included in the purchase was a 100, 000 mile extended warranty. My experience with your service depar I bought my highlander 6 years ago from Carlson. Included in the purchase was a 100, 000 mile extended warranty. My experience with your service department has ALWAYS been excellent. My concern , is that the vehicle has only 73,000 miles on it. During this time I have had the engine torn down for leaky/blown gaskets TWICE and an extensive ac repair the last service.. My warranty runs out in early 2019.. With the history I have had, I probably will sell/trade the car when the warranty expires...I plan on buying a non-Toyota brand car. What can we do about my concern??? More

Friendly, on time, and detailed I had my car detailed inside and out. They did an amazing job. It ws like driving out of the lot with a brand new car. Highly recommend. Great service I have been using Carlson Toyota for over 10 years as my exclusive service provider, first for my 2007 Prius and now for my 2017 Prius. (I gave my 20 I have been using Carlson Toyota for over 10 years as my exclusive service provider, first for my 2007 Prius and now for my 2017 Prius. (I gave my 2007 Prius to my daughter and it is still running great.) They provide fast service, clear explanations and excellent work. They don't try to sell me on extra work I don't need. Their staff is friendly and the wait time is filled by being able to use my IPad, watch TV, and have a cookie. More
