Brake issue Carlson got my vehicle checked out and completed within a few hours. I didn't have an appointment either. The service department did a great job even tho they couldn't find any problems with my brakes. They made a noise at times like the ABS was applying when your on ice. Since they couldn't find a problem there was no charge. More

Took care of me in a moment of duress.. My 5 year old battery gave out, leaving me stranded in Maple Grove. I was towed in courtesy of my 24 hour Toyota Road Service agreement. Great service visit Brought my Sequoia in for 30,000 mile service. Ended up extending the Toyota Care through 45,000 miles. It was offered when I brought the vehicle in, no pressure but seemed like a good deal. And they machined the rotors because of a pulsing brake pedal under warranty. More
