Let me start with the good stuff--John Minch was very helpful in drawing up various invoices and showing me all the different options available on the plot. He was not pushy and even encouraged me to take my time. I really appreciated this about him. I walked away with a gorgeous Subaru Crosstrek. No regrets. My experience turned sour when I started dealing with "Victor"-- the finance specialist. As I mentioned, this was my first car purchasing experience, so I had questions about the contract I was signing. Victor was condescending and rude when I asked him about the specifics about contractual clauses. He was curt and peevish during the entire process and even exclaimed "Oh god" in exasperation when I tried clarifying some terminology use in the contract. I wonder how differently I would have been treated if I were a white male in the same situation. If Subaru finance specialist are people facing, they should have the adequate training & skills. More
