The employee was wearing a mask and there is an abundance of hand sanitizer stations throughout the dealership. The service advisor Harry Singh gave me a written quote and gave me an estimated time my car would be ready.throughout the day he followed up with me on the status of my car and phoned me when it was ready for pickup. when I arrived to pick up my car, the cashier was friendly and helpful and my total charges were under the original estimate. They even washed my car.This was a great experience. Carlsen Subaru is a very honest professional dealership.
