I did end up getting a warranty but that was my choice. He showed me how to use all the things my car came with on the inside and was very patient going over everything. I am now driving my new Subaru and couldn't be more pleased with the car and how everything went when purchasing my car. More

My girlfriend went in to buy crossbars for her 2014 Subaru cross trek. The guy (not sure who) sold her the part. We sat on them for 2 years and didn’t install. Once we went to it turns out the parts so Subaru cross trek. The guy (not sure who) sold her the part. We sat on them for 2 years and didn’t install. Once we went to it turns out the parts sold don’t fit with her model after trying to return them (no receipt) we were told they had no record of the transaction and couldn’t do anything without a receipt. They’re brand new. Definitely ripped us off and lied to us. Not a good brand for the Subaru name. Very disappointed. More
