If you buy from Kyle Raftery don't expect a call back, that's how they deal with former customers. I didn't buy from another porsche dealer they call me more. I had the car towed to AUTHORIZING WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Last week I had a coolant leak that made my 2017 Macan inoperable. I had the car towed to the Porsche Carlsbad dealership late on Thursday afternoon and late on Friday afternoon we were told that the repairs, which were described as replacing the coolant bottle, hose and cap, would cost $3,500.00. When asked for additional details we were told it was a 7-man hour job and given vague responses. We were also told that the "Shutter System" needed to be repaired for $1,700.00, even though there was not any indication it was not working . We did not authorize any work to be done until we received a detailed quote which we never received before the end of the day. On Monday morning I had the car towed to an independent foreign car mechanic who specializes in Porsches and has many 5-star reviews across all review sites. After doing a thorough inspection of the car, all they found that was needed was to replace a cracked coolant bottle, period. The total cost of the inspection, parts and labor was $385.00. I can't begin to fathom the amount of people who are taken advantage of and don't know to question what appears to be an unreasonable quote. I don't know if this is because I am a woman and acknowledge that I don't know anything about cars. Always get a detailed quote and shop your repairs. There are amazing service specialists out there who can provide reasonable rates. More
Good but when you buy a nice car they are done with you. Sales Kyle Raftery basically ignores my email so I have to be deceptive and email someone else to ask a question. Sean Pruno in service is great but Sales Kyle Raftery basically ignores my email so I have to be deceptive and email someone else to ask a question. Sean Pruno in service is great but this dealership seems "quiet" once you buy the car. San Diego Miramar Porsche seems to give me more attention. More
I just took my Porsche to a dealership 90 miles away for service. A world of difference between Porsche Riverside and Porsche Carlsbad. Porsche Riverside actually welcomes your business. The sales departmen service. A world of difference between Porsche Riverside and Porsche Carlsbad. Porsche Riverside actually welcomes your business. The sales department at Carlsbad acts like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you, just like their service department. I believe you can get more bang for your buck at other dealerships too. I found the dealership in El Paso,TX, also much more welcoming than Carlsbad. I started with Carlsbad, but they won't be getting my business in the foreseeable future. What a shame it was really a great dealership about 10 years ago. More
Horrible customer service. Don’t go here if you need any follow up or info on your new purchase because once they have your money they are pretty much done with you! follow up or info on your new purchase because once they have your money they are pretty much done with you! More

Misdiagnosed. Aren’t you the dealer? Had a scheduled appointment for my 80,000 mile service. On my way there had an issue with the cooling system so I asked them to diagnose this as well. Had a scheduled appointment for my 80,000 mile service. On my way there had an issue with the cooling system so I asked them to diagnose this as well. My car was checked in as the wrong model just as others have reported. I called them to have them fix it but they said it was a default and it didn’t matter. Well now my service records look strange... The service was performed as expected, I hope, because they said my cooling tank had a crack which cause my cooling issue. We have our own mechanic so when the car was serviced I was having it towed to my mechanic. When I picked up the car the sales guy drove the car to the front even though I told him there was a cooling issue and the car was being towed. As you could guess, fluid went all over the engine compartment and the driveway. Once at our mechanic he found that not only was the cooling tank cracked but the water pump needed to be replaced as well. Quite a different diagnosis. After this ordeal the service manager called and emailed me requesting that I return the documents that were given to me because it was their copy for their records. I came down the next day to return the documents only to find out that what I had was correct. So apparently they lost their records of my service. I also let them know about the misdiagnosis. He just said he’d talk to the guys. Didn’t sound too convincing to me. Find another Porsche dealer! More
