bad work the service tried to tell me i had gas in my f350 diesel tank. i had run a full tank to almost empty the truck stop running. there is no way there c the service tried to tell me i had gas in my f350 diesel tank. i had run a full tank to almost empty the truck stop running. there is no way there could have been gas in the tank. it would not have run for over 500 miles with gas in the tank. they charge me 1600 dollars to put new fuel pump and filter. it ran one day and stop running again. then they wanted 9000 dollars to fix the problem.I took my truck to hobs new mexico they put new fuel pump ion for 1200 and it runs very good. i would not recomend carlsbad ford service department to any one. i do not think they even changed the fuel pump just charge me big bucks. More

The total amount for the car was higher than expected [was told would be $10,000 or less]. when I asked, he said the discount I was given for the hail damage was $5000.That was not true. The discount for hail damage was $3000. Still, I am satisfied with the discount. However, I am disappointed with being mislead and lied to. Discounting that, the salesman was courteous and very nice. Gm is a thief So longs story short I was told I would he given 10k for my trade and when they finally paid it off 40 days later they shorted me and only paid 9300.
