Took vehicle in Tuesday morning for analysis and repair, service manager advised me it would be a couple of days (the way I understand is a couple is 2), this sounded reasonable to me. Wife and I ( a couple) were also in the market for an SUV. Our salesman was very helpful in explaining what they had to offer, yet when we asked for prices of ones we were interested in he said he didn't, mgmt. knew but would get mad if the sale staff asked in advance, NO SALE here. Back to repair of my vehicle. Waited a couple of days for response, not happening, finally had to send a text, which the salesman we talked to responded and found out that nothing had been done to the vehicle, possibly early next week. Called service the following Monday (the 6th day) and was told nothing had been done and they may get to it that day. I told them not to touch it and I would be there very shortly to get it. Upon entering the service dept. the service stated "Sir you were advised it would be a couple of days". She also asked me to sign some forms which I refused and stated "You did nothing to my vehicle and I will not sign anything". Through their BS they not only lost a customer, they also lost the sale of a vehicle. I will never deal with or recommend them to anyone. I tried to rate them a couple of points (6) lower on the scale but don't know how to count the way they do. More
