They needed a title on my trade-in, a month after the deal, and treated me like an ex-con in the process even though I was cooperative. No tact whatsoever. It's been a nightmare for 30 days!!! Traded my daughter's 2014 camry,for a 2012 audi she saw online for 17995,it was actually the owner of Carlocks wife's car,was screwed big time,only ha Traded my daughter's 2014 camry,for a 2012 audi she saw online for 17995,it was actually the owner of Carlocks wife's car,was screwed big time,only had it 32 day's it's now burning oil ,had to put oil in it the last time under 300mi,,my daughter paid 7000.00 down on the camry when she bought it ,now she's lost the money and stuck with a OIL BURNING CAR THAT'S GOING TO COST 5000 TO 6000 to fix ,little did we know we signed a Arbitration, which means we're screwed ,how any body ,especially the owner of the business which was his car can have a heart to do something like that to a 16 yr old girl is beyond me,please READ EVERYTHING YOU SIGN, sad for my daughter, but one goes around comes around cause I believe in Karma!!!! 11-1-2016 More
Added $5,790 worth of "services" to my finance price After talking me into singing up for a "scratch and dent" service that was supposed to cost $20 a month for a total of $1,000, I discovered that the f After talking me into singing up for a "scratch and dent" service that was supposed to cost $20 a month for a total of $1,000, I discovered that the finance lady at Carlock snuck in a total of $5,790 worth of scam services. They did this without my knowledge or permission. It took me months of grief and red tape to get my money back, which I did finally get back today in the form of several different checks. They did not help in the process, and the only way I was ever able to get someone to call me was by emailing the corporate office. I would call, it would go to voicemail. I would email, they would ignore it. If I needed to talk to Carlock, the process was to call or email corporate, and they would then in turn make them call me. If I hadn't moved out of state, I would have been in there in person demanding answers. What Carlock did was no different than theft. They are the cliche xxxxxxx car dealership that you hear about. Also, the 2015 Jeep they sold me had a dangerous transmission problem that would cause the vehicle to surge forward all on its own when slowing to a stop. Totally blew me off when I called them about this also. And although a minor detail, the super expensive $400 spare key was never given to me, although they kept promising to mail it. I'm glad that I traded that piece of crap in for a new RAV4, and I'm glad that Steven's Toyota in Harrisonburg Virginia were nothing like these trashbags at Carlock. More

Terrible I recently purchased a used Dodge Promaster My experience 1-advertised as having 21k miles actually had 25k 2-salesperson stated it had a towing pa I recently purchased a used Dodge Promaster My experience 1-advertised as having 21k miles actually had 25k 2-salesperson stated it had a towing package it doesn't 3-was told the remote key was misplaced but would be mailed to me. ...it hasn't 4- I was not given a drive out tag 5- 30+ days now...they collected my taxes to send to Tennessee....still havnt been paid 6- salesperson said interest rates were running 3-5%.....didn't mention they are 6 ish on used 7-finance guy ask me to start signing before discussing interest rate or payments 8- I was at the dealership over 2 hrs even though we worked out the price...before driving 2 hrs to get there...I have very good credit 9-I continue to call but the manager is never in I'm told!!!!! More

Dustin has taken very good care of me with oil changes, 100,000 mile tuneups and replacing my power steering pump. I had been told by O'Reilly Auto Parts who that my battery was good but my alternator had gone out. They wanted to order the $300 part for me and recommended a small service center that they had a partnership with. I took it to Carlock and told them what they said. They found that it was my battery ($90), not the alternator which would have cost much more. They could have replaced my alternator and charged me more and I would have never known! That has instilled a great deal of trust with them and I will continue to go back. More

I asked for a selling price since I didn't provide my zip code and received an email shortly after titled "quote" with taxes shown. Apparently were not capable of following simple instructions here. I opened the email and no text or anything. Just a .pdf file with a quote showing not only full sticker price but added junk to earn more money ( about $600 ) that the internet price didn't even show. Then again I see this dealership has a horrible reputation and it seems almost all the employees have some sort of negative review. Go figure. Nice Job. Oh wait I have more. I just received his email. "I just sent you quote it has the asking price at the top if you give me more info I can do a total" Oh my... More

When I decided to purchase my new Camry, I stopped at a dealership closer to town. I went in to find a salesman since no one came out to greet me. I explained what I was looking for and asked if the paper's ad applied to me. He told me it depended on my credit score. I told him what is was and he said he had only seen a score like that 2 times in his career and asked if my husband was with me. News flash: women are educated and gainfully employed. I then left and went to Carlock. GREAT EXPERIENCE! They worked with me from the second I entered until my purchase was complete. THANK YOU CARLOCK TOYOTA for treating me with respect ..... I advise any woman to go to this dealership for your car needs. I will return when it's time for a new car! More

We called 2 times on Friday, because he never called us. Finally talked to him when we called. He said he would call us right back. This happened 2 different times. He never returned our call. He did call on Saturday, & we made an appointment to see him at 3 pm. When we got there, after making an appointment, it was a long time before he came & talked to us. He finally came with the price, but would leave, & we waited several times while he talked to other. After sitting & waiting til 4:15 pm, we got up &. left. We left him a note on a napkin telling him we would come back when he had more time. We feel all of his treatment to us was very rude & unethical. More

Its actually the first time i have had a salesman talk me out of buying something. Before, a manager assured me if I made the 100 mile drive and didnt buy that he would fill my car with gas. And did he? Of course not he said the gas card was lost. We were there 2.5 hours on a Saturday and not another single customer even came in. More
